7. Playa Kalki
This beach is located in the far west. It is very romantic and pebbly. Not really worth a trip as a beach.
But the reef “Alice in Wonderland” is great: a fascinating coral landscape is it worth to be visited. Access is easy via a jetty and free if you rent equipment from the dive center. Otherwise there is a small staircase behind the restaurant.
You can swim to the left or right: both sides feature bizarre rock formations and an abundance of fish; we like the right side a little better than the left, because there is a beautiful coral garden.
The point of reference is always a thick rope that starts at the jetty.
On the right side, at a depth of 9 meters, you can admire a saxophone and a chichi sculpture.
